The Phone Works started in 1984 with a focus on call center solutions.  Incorporated in 1987, The Phone Works, Inc. developed into a cutting-edge technology solutions provider in web-based time and attendance technologies for home health care, social service agencies and a growing number of industries.  With the growing need for real time information on demand, The Phone Works, Inc. developed its PATTIĀ® solution to deliver HIPAA compliant, time and attendance management solutions on a 24/7/365 basis.

The Phone Works, Inc. owns, operates and maintains data centers in two different states on independent power and telecommunications grids.  We do not subcontract out the most important part of what our clients are paying for as most of our competitors do.  We own it.  We operate it.  We maintain it.  In addition to independent back-up power supplies, this provides our customers with full data and system redundancy to ensure minimal down-time and comply with corporate and state agency disaster recovery plans.  It also allows us to respond immediately to any service interruption while staying in contact with our clients, and provide a real-time update and rapid response and resolve (while our competitors often rely on employees of third-party, subcontracted vendors, who they've never met, and who may not appreciate the business demands and time constraints of clients).
